This high-floor 2-bedroom apartment at The Panoma looks out at the Tran Thi Ly Bridge and the Han River from its balcony, with the riverfront promenade directly below.
The fit-out is warm and dark-toned. Stone-look floor tile, fluted timber wall panelling, a backlit onyx strip beside the TV, and a mirrored ceiling panel above the living area that pulls the window light back into the room.
Living, dining, and kitchen occupy one continuous space. A cream modular sofa faces the TV wall, and a large stone-top dining table seats six under linear copper pendants.
Both bedrooms have dark timber flooring, fitted wardrobes, and wall-mounted TVs. The main bedroom has a glass-fronted walk-in wardrobe and its own bathroom; the second has a built-in desk beneath the window.
The rent includes the building management fee and Wi-Fi, which is unusual in Da Nang and removes two line items most tenants negotiate separately. The apartment also has an LG WashTower — a stacked washer and dryer in one unit, and a genuine rarity in this market.
The Panoma is the twin-tower apartment subdivision of Sun Group’s Sun Cosmo Residence, a 3-hectare riverside development at the foot of the Tran Thi Ly Bridge, with architecture by Aedas. At 40 million VND, this unit sits at the top of the building’s 2-bedroom range of $1,100 to $1,700 per month — the bridge view and the inclusions are what you are paying for.

This is the pivot point between the city and the beach. The Han River is in front of you, the bridge connects you to the centre in minutes, and My Khe Beach is roughly 500m the other way.

Rent is 40 million VND per month, roughly $1,520 USD, and includes the building management fee and Wi-Fi. Two-bedroom apartments at The Panoma ask $1,100 to $1,700 per month, so this sits at the upper end — reflecting the bridge view and the inclusions.
The building management fee and Wi-Fi are both included, along with the furniture, appliances, and access to the shared podium facilities. Only electricity and water are billed separately, on metered usage.
Yes. The apartment has an LG WashTower, a stacked washer and dryer in a single unit, in its own service area. A dryer is uncommon in Da Nang rentals and makes a real difference during the wet season from September to December.
The balcony looks across the Han River at the Tran Thi Ly Bridge, with the riverfront road and promenade below. The living room and bedroom windows face partly toward the neighbouring tower, with water visible beyond.
Two. One is accessed directly from the main bedroom, so guests or a second occupant are not sharing with the master.

The Panoma was developed by Sun Group, one of Vietnam’s largest developers, with architecture by the global firm Aedas. Panoma 2 was handed over in late 2025 and Panoma 1 in early 2026, making them the newest apartment towers in Da Nang.
My Khe Beach is roughly 500m from The Panoma — about a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute ride. The Han River promenade is directly at the building, and Da Nang city centre is a 5-minute drive across the Tran Thi Ly Bridge.
The development is still new, so the three-level retail podium is only partly occupied and the community is still forming. Brand-new Sun Group stock also carries a rent premium over neighbouring towers like Monarchy and Hiyori Garden Tower.
