This 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom garden villa on Van Tien Dung Street in Ngu Hanh Son has 260 m² of living space across two floors and a mezzanine. It sits in a quiet residential neighborhood near FPT City, about three minutes from the beach by motorbike.
The architecture is contemporary: raw concrete render, exposed brick columns, vertical timber-look louvers and a double-height glazed facade that floods the living room with natural light. Interiors pair polished tile floors on the ground level with dark wood flooring upstairs.
A separate study with its own balcony makes this villa workable for anyone running a business from home. The front garden has stepping-stone paths through lawn, rock landscaping and mature planting; the rear opens through full-height sliding glass to a bamboo-screened courtyard.
The villa accepts foreign tenants and is handed over fully furnished, ready to move in.

This is a residential street, not a resort or gated compound. The neighbourhood is quiet, with low-rise villas and houses rather than high-rises. You get garden space and silence, and you drive or ride for restaurants and nightlife.

1. How much does this villa cost per month?
This 3-bedroom garden villa on Van Tien Dung Street rents for $2,400 USD per month, or 60,000,000 VND. Three-bedroom villas in the Da Nang–Hoi An corridor generally run $1,800 to $5,500 a month depending on location, pool and resort access. This villa sits at the lower end of that range because it is a standalone house on a residential street rather than a resort or gated compound.
2. What is included in the rent?
The rent covers the villa fully furnished, including all built-in furniture, the fitted kitchen with appliances, air conditioning in every room and the garden. There are no compound fees or resort levies.
3. What does the tenant pay on top of the rent?
The tenant pays electricity, water and internet on actual use. Electricity for a villa with multiple air conditioning units typically runs higher than a Da Nang apartment — budget accordingly, especially in summer. Housekeeping is optional and arranged separately.
4. Is there a home office or workspace?
Yes. The upper floor has a dedicated study with a built-in desk, executive chair, floor-to-ceiling shelving with LED lighting, air conditioning and its own balcony. It is a separate room with a door, not a shared space. This is a genuine workspace for someone who works from home full-time.
5. How far is the beach?
The nearest beach is about three minutes away by motorbike. My Khe Beach, Da Nang’s main swimming beach, is roughly 15 minutes by car.
6. Does the villa accept foreign tenants?
Yes. The owner accepts foreign tenants. MVP Vietnam handles the lease process, including temporary residence registration, which landlords in Vietnam are required to file for foreign tenants.
7. What are the lease terms?
The deposit is one month’s rent, with rent paid three months in advance and a minimum lease of six months. Standard long-term contracts in Da Nang ask 1 to 2 months’ deposit on a 12-month term, so the terms here — one month’s deposit and a six-month minimum — are easier than the market norm, especially for tenants on a shorter stay. 8. Is there parking?
Yes. The villa has a covered carport with a timber-slatted pergola, large enough for one car and several motorbikes. The gate is a full-width metal slat design.
