This 2-bedroom apartment sits in The Panoma, the newest apartment address in Da Nang. It has two bathrooms, a separate laundry area with both a washing machine and a dryer, and floor-to-ceiling glass across the living room and both bedrooms.
The interior is brand new and barely lived in. White walls, wood-look flooring, wood feature panelling behind the TV, and a white open-plan kitchen with an induction hob and a tall fridge.
Living, dining, and kitchen share one open room that runs to the window wall. The two bedrooms sit off a short hallway, each with air conditioning, built-in wardrobes, and a built-in desk or dresser unit.
The Panoma is the twin-tower apartment subdivision of Sun Group’s Sun Cosmo Residence, a 3-hectare riverside development at the foot of the Tran Thi Ly Bridge. Architecture is by Aedas, with a woven façade pattern drawn from Da Nang’s Cam Ne sedge-mat weaving village.
At 38–40 million VND, this unit sits in the upper half of the building’s 2-bedroom range of $1,100 to $1,700 per month. Many investor-owned units at The Panoma reached the rental market at the same time, so there is usually room to negotiate on a 12-month contract.

Living & Dining
One open room with a channel-tufted sofa, nesting marble-top coffee tables, and a wall-mounted TV set into a wood panel. A six-seat dining table with a stone top sits by the entrance. Floor-to-ceiling glass runs the full width.
Kitchen
Open-plan, along one wall, with a curved breakfast counter dividing it from the living area. White cabinets, glass splashback, induction hob, extractor hood, tall fridge, and a stainless sink.
Bedroom 1
Double bed with a padded headboard, a run of built-in desk and drawers, a wall-mounted TV, and a wardrobe. Corner glazing on two sides. Split air conditioning.
Bedroom 2
Double bed with a wood headboard and built-in nightstands, a floor-to-ceiling wardrobe with open shelving, a dresser, and a wall-mounted TV. Split air conditioning.
Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms, both with walk-in glass showers, rain heads, wall-hung wood vanities, and mirrored cabinets. Neither is a shared or half bath.
Laundry Area
A separate service area off the kitchen with a front-loading washing machine and a vented dryer. A dryer is uncommon in Da Nang rentals and makes a real difference in the wet season, from September to December.
The Panoma residents have access to the shared podium facilities across both towers:
The Panoma stands at the eastern foot of the Tran Thi Ly Bridge in Son Tra District, where Ngu Hanh Son street meets the river. You are directly across from Monarchy and the An Hai riverside strip.
This is the pivot point between the city and the beach. The Han River is in front of you, the bridge connects you to the centre in minutes, and My Khe Beach is roughly 500m the other way.

Rent is 38 to 40 million VND per month, roughly $1,450 to $1,525 USD. Two-bedroom apartments at The Panoma currently ask $1,100 to $1,700 per month, so this unit sits in the upper half of the building’s range.
Often yes. A large number of investor-owned units at The Panoma hit the rental market at the same time when the towers were handed over, which gives tenants real leverage on 12-month contracts.
The building management fee is included in most Panoma leases, covering security, reception, and shared facility access. Some owners pass this cost to the tenant, so confirm it in writing. The apartment is fully furnished, including a washing machine and a dryer.
Electricity and water are billed monthly on metered usage. Internet runs roughly $10 to $15 per month. Parking in the three basement levels is charged monthly. The pool and gym are run by HT Fitness and may be billed separately — check your contract.
Two-bedroom apartments at The Panoma range from 69 m² to 90 m². Corner units get dual-aspect river and bridge views. The exact size of this unit is being confirmed with the owner.
Standard long-term contracts in Da Nang require a 1 to 2-month refundable security deposit, with rent paid 3 or 6 months in advance. The minimum lease at The Panoma is 6 months, and one-year contracts get the best rate.
The Panoma was developed by Sun Group, one of Vietnam’s largest developers, with architecture by the global firm Aedas. Panoma 2 was handed over in late 2025 and Panoma 1 in early 2026, making them the newest apartment towers in Da Nang.
My Khe Beach is roughly 500m from The Panoma — about a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute ride. The Han River promenade is directly at the building, and Da Nang city centre is a 5-minute drive across the Tran Thi Ly Bridge.
The development is still new, so the three-level retail podium is only partly occupied and the community is still forming. Brand-new Sun Group stock also carries a rent premium over neighbouring towers like Monarchy and Hiyori Garden Tower.
