This is a high-floor 3-bedroom apartment at The Panoma with the Han River directly in front of it. From the balcony you can see the Dragon Bridge to the north and the Tran Thi Ly Bridge to the south, with open water in between.
The balcony is not a token strip. It wraps the river face of the apartment behind Aedas’s perforated façade panels, with room for a bar table and stools, and it opens from both the living room and the dining area.
Inside, the living and dining areas run as one wide room along the glass. A cream leather sectional faces a TV set into a stone and timber feature panel, and a six-seat gloss dining table sits under a ring chandelier.
The kitchen runs the length of one wall in pale timber with a dark stone counter and splashback, a built-in oven, and an LG side-by-side fridge with water dispenser. Air conditioning is ducted through linear slots in a curved dropped ceiling rather than wall-mounted units.
The bedrooms are finished in dark timber flooring with padded white headboard panels, black leather bedheads, and full-height glazing behind layered sheer and blackout curtains.
The Panoma is the twin-tower apartment subdivision of Sun Group’s Sun Cosmo Residence, a 3-hectare riverside development at the foot of the Tran Thi Ly Bridge, with architecture by Aedas. Three-bedroom units are limited stock, concentrated on the higher floors.
The monthly rent includes the building management fee and Wi-Fi, which is unusual in Da Nang and removes two line items most tenants negotiate separately.

Balcony
Wraps the river-facing side of the apartment behind the building’s perforated façade screen. Accessible from the living and dining areas, with space for a bar table and seating. Dragon Bridge to one side, Tran Thi Ly Bridge to the other.
Three-bedroom layouts at The Panoma have two separate logias — a long one off the living room, and a second off the kitchen that houses the air conditioning condenser, so the main balcony stays clear of equipment.
The Panoma residents have access to the shared podium facilities across both towers:
The Panoma stands at the eastern foot of the Tran Thi Ly Bridge in Son Tra District, where Ngu Hanh Son street meets the river. You are directly across from Monarchy and the An Hai riverside strip.
This is the pivot point between the city and the beach. The Han River is in front of you, the bridge connects you to the centre in minutes, and My Khe Beach is roughly 500m the other way.

Rent is 100 million VND per month, roughly $3,800 USD, and includes the building management fee and Wi-Fi. This is a premium river-facing unit and sits well above the entry point for three-bedroom apartments at The Panoma, which start around $1,800 per month.
The building management fee and Wi-Fi are both included, along with the furniture, appliances, and access to the shared podium facilities. Electricity and water are billed separately on metered usage.
Yes. The apartment faces directly onto the Han River from a high floor, with the Dragon Bridge visible to the north and the Tran Thi Ly Bridge to the south. The wraparound balcony runs along the river-facing side.
This apartment has two to three bathrooms, and we are confirming the exact number with the owner. Three-bedroom layouts at The Panoma vary — the standard 99 m² plan places a private bathroom in the main bedroom, while the larger sky villa and duplex layouts carry an additional one. Ask us when you enquire and we will confirm before you view.
Yes. It wraps the river face of the apartment behind the building’s perforated façade screen and is accessible from both the living room and the dining area, with space for a bar table and stools.
The Panoma was developed by Sun Group, one of Vietnam’s largest developers, with architecture by the global firm Aedas. Panoma 2 was handed over in late 2025 and Panoma 1 in early 2026, making them the newest apartment towers in Da Nang.
Standard long-term contracts in Da Nang require a 1 to 2-month refundable security deposit, with rent paid 3 or 6 months in advance. The minimum lease at The Panoma is 6 months, and one-year contracts get the best rate.
My Khe Beach is roughly 500m from The Panoma — about a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute ride. The Han River promenade is directly at the building, and Da Nang city centre is a 5-minute drive across the Tran Thi Ly Bridge.
The development is still new, so the three-level retail podium is only partly occupied and the community is still forming. Brand-new Sun Group stock also carries a rent premium over neighbouring towers like Monarchy and Hiyori Garden Tower.
