This 4-bedroom villa sits inside The Ocean Villas, a gated community of 114 private homes at The Ocean Resort Da Nang. It has its own swimming pool, a full lawn, and direct access to the resort’s private beach.

The ground floor has been renovated in a bright, modern style. White terrazzo floors, a white marble kitchen island, oak cabinetry and a 10-seat dining table run through one continuous open space.

The layout puts all living space on the ground floor and all bedrooms above. Full-height folding glass doors open the living room onto the pool terrace, so the inside and outside work as one space.

Bedrooms keep the resort’s original finish — wood flooring, built-in headboards, and travertine bathrooms with soaking tubs and twin basins. Several open onto balconies overlooking the pool and garden.

The Ocean Resort was completed in 2012 with a building density of only 40%. That means mature trees, wide lawns between villas, and a quiet, low-rise setting midway between Da Nang and Hoi An.

Upper Floor — Master Bedroom King bed, seating area, wall-mounted TV and a private balcony. The ensuite bathroom is travertine-clad with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and twin basins.
